Welcome to the Inspired-by webshop. As a customer you agree to our terms and conditions. Other countries: If you are outside Europe, please send us an e-mail. We will send the package to you, once we have sent you your shipping costs, and you have approved.

ORDERING

Once you have found the items you want to buy, and placed them in the shopping cart, you must fill in your personal information and credit card information. Once you have accepted the terms and completed the payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You must be aged 18 or above in order to shop on the Inspired-by webshop. If you are under 18 years of age, the contract must be made by a parent.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are incl. Danish VAT. When you shop with the Inspired-by, all contracts will be done in accordance to Danish law. All prices are current prices and are updated on a continuous basis. Reservations for out of stock items and typographical errors. The possible methods of payment are credit card, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. This agreement with net and teller

Your payment will not be withdrawn until the item is shipped from our warehouse. There can never be a withdrawal larger than the approved amount. There is no charge for payment by debit card. Data is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and are sent securely to the PBS. We send back all items tax-free for all countries outside the European Union.

DELIVERY SERVICE DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME

Inspired-by try to ship all orders ordered before 14 o’clock the same day. Orders ordered after 14 will be sent before 14 o’clock the following day. During holiday periods longer delivery time can be expected. Private consignments are sent as letter by GLS directly to your personal address. Inspired by cannot be held liable for delays with GLS.

WARRANTY

A 2-year warranty is guaranteed on products purchased from Inspired-by. The warranty does not cover improper handling or grossly abuse. Before you return the item, please contact customer service at phone: + 45 30 57 69 99 or email to info@inspiredby.dk to obtain a return number. The return number must be written clearly on the return packaging. Complaints without a return number and the original purchase receipt will be rejected.

SECURITY

In order to shop on the webshop, you need to register with the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address. Personal information is used solely in connection with an order. All personal data is processed 100% confidentially and in accordance with the legislation for personal data.

Credit card information will be sent encrypted to PBS with an SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). You can check whether you are sending from a secure homepage by looking for a padlock at the bottom of your browser.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Inspiredby.dk always offers the right to cancel your order within 14 days. The right of withdrawal shall be valid from the day of delivery. Delivery is done when the item has been delivered to the customer or another person designated by the customer, e.g. a neighbour/friend.

If the customer will make his right of withdrawal, the customer must apply in writing by mail that he/she wants to undo the purchase, within 14 days after delivery. Please tell us your order number in your mail. It makes it a lot easier for us to help you!

No later than 14 days after the customer has given the message that he/she wants to make use of the right of withdrawal, he/she must have sent the item back to Surb ApS. The item should just be shipped, it does not have to have arrived at Surb ApS. It is the customer’s responsibility and cost to return an item. All products returned to Inspired-by, must be securely wrapped. The customer is always in his right to examine a product in the same way, as they would have been able to do in a physical shop.

The customer may not, for example, remove price tags from the clothes or remove the protective film, unless it is necessary to examine the item properly. If the customer has used the item, in addition to what can be in a physical store, but the item can still be sold as new, the same rules apply. If that is the case, all that is charged at the time of purchase, will be paid back once the purchase has been undone. If the item is actually put into use and can no longer be sold as new, the customer is only entitled to the amount of money for which the item can now be sold. There must always be made a specific assessment. Repayment is done within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal has been received at Inspired By ApS. However, Inspired By can wait until they have received proof that the product is shipped to them.
